Directory Service

HiveCamps is a directory that connects users with independent service providers. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any provider listed on the site. All transactions, agreements, and interactions between users and providers are solely between those parties. By using HiveCamps you agree to these Terms of Service.

No Guarantee

We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any service provider listed in the directory. Listings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not verify credentials, licenses, insurance, or background checks unless explicitly stated on a listing.

User Submissions

Any content you submit to HiveCamps, including reviews, photos, and listing information, must be accurate and must not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the directory.

Provider Claims

Service providers who claim a listing represent that they are authorized to do so and that the information they provide is accurate. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at our sole discretion if we believe the information is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiveCamps and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any interaction with a service provider found through the directory. Our total liability for any claim related to the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code on HiveCamps are the property of 56Hive or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site by automated means without written permission
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the site
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of HiveCamps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
